Choose between a cabin equipped with a modern kitchen, full bath, and laundry facilities or rent an efficiency kitchen. Enjoy DirecTV and wireless internet in the comfortable living room, and get a good night's sleep in the quiet bedroom. Bedding, dishes, and towels provided for your convenience. 

 A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all condo rentals.

Our carpeted clubhouse has white ceramic tiled bathrooms.  Take advantage of the laundry facilities, book exchange, and game room with a pool table. Lock 30 offers very wide, spacious lots, some as long as 100 feet. Each has 50 AMP electric, water,  sewer hook-ups, firerings and picnic tables at each site. Many sites are available year round and overlook Wild and Scenic Beaver Creek. Camp where no one camps in front of you and no one camps behind you at the tri-state area's highest rated campground. Call for our monthly rates for the tri-state area workforce.  We are less than 3 miles from the interstate, so commuting is quick and convenient.
