- All sites are FHU with water, sewer and metered electric and are available year-round. You will need to add heat tape to your water connection, but unlike staying in a motel, you can have all the comforts of home in a quiet, secluded park setting.
- The longer you stay with us, and are able to identify an "end date" of occupancy, the less expensive your stay will be. You can enter into weekly or monthly leases and easily renew once you are clear on the length of time for your particular job assignment.
- Ask for references of workers who stay with us from "outage to outage", satisfied return guests who return to the area annually and are now part of the Lock 30 family.
- We know you are here first and foremost to work and then catch up on well-needed rest. Recover at day's end in quiet solitude or fish for relaxation in the mile of Beaver Creek on the property.
