Do you need the perfect place in the woods, yet with all the conveniences of home, to host your next party, reunion or corporate gathering? Lock 30 Woodlands, the highest-rated camping resort in the tri-state area has a secluded pavilion with the following features:

Nestled under a canopy of pines, you’ll stay comfortable on even the hottest of August afternoons. Convenient parking a stone’s throw from your party.

Attractively decorated, attached handicap accessible showers and restrooms.

Not a concrete block building. Instead, our pavilion is a pine and spruce sided, beautiful building with attention to detail, including hand-crafted ceiling molding and color-coordinated restrooms. It will adapt well to your party or wedding shower decorating scheme. -
40 X 100 feet, with more than 16 electrical plug-ins to provide all the power necessary for your function, including access to Wifi.

Picnic table seating for over 200 people.

Commercial size grill and conveniently located trash receptacles for easy clean up.

Night lighting and plenty of space for set up of musical performances.
When estimating the cost for your party, figure about $5 per person. If you reserve ten or more camp sites in advance, and these families register to camp that weekend (or weekday) you’ll have free access to the pavilion. A $100 refundable cash security /clean-up deposit is required at the time the reservation is placed.
Most party rentals use the facility for 4 hour increments, but we have some flexibility on that schedule, depending on the day and time of year you are renting the facility. If you are camping overnight with us, you can decorate within the time frame that works best for you.
Lock 30 Woodlands has a “common sense” alcohol policy. If your group intends to consume alcohol, we’ll reserve the right to restrict your party from endangering themselves and others. No campers or pavilion users are permitted to walk the grounds with alcohol. Alcohol consumption is restricted to one’s campsite—or in this case, to the pavilion itself. Any consequences for the serving of alcohol will be your sole responsibility, so think carefully about how and to whom you intend to serve these beverages. It is up to you to monitor members of your group who are drinking alcohol. No minors shall be served alcohol.
People using the pavilion will stop at the registration area, sign in all guests and either pay for admission or make prior arrangements for the party coordinator to pay fees afterward. All cars will require car passes upon entry. Such passes are to be returned upon departure. All pavilion users are subject to the rules and regulations of the campground.
Optional Added Amenities:
· Some groups who are scheduling bocce tournaments and extended stay retreats and reunions, may purchase life guard services if their group intends to use the nearly Olympic size pool. Ask about this when you place your reservation.
· If your corporate retreat will require rental of AV equipment, inquire in advance. We’ll do our best to connect you with local providers.
· Lock 30 is surrounded by excellent golf courses and equestrian (horse back riding) opportunities. We’ll book tee times for you and arrange for group activities if alerted in advance of your groups’ interests and needs.
· Bonfire set-up or additional amenities, such as fire truck rides for children, fishing tournaments, etc.can be set up for a nominal additional cost.
