Need an indoor, carpeted clubhouse for your family function, reunion or shower? Do you want to take your office staff for an affordable retreat in the woods?
Lock 30 Woodlands can provide this service for you. We are conveniently located an hour from Pittsburgh and two from Cleveland, yet worlds away from city distractions, “tucked in the woods” along Wild and scenic designated Beaver Creek.

prepare last minute desserts, if you are serving a meal to the group. -

When planning your day rental, estimate costs at between $6 and $7 per person. You may bring in your own food, including alcoholic beverages, but please refer to campground “common sense” policies regarding alcohol consumption. For example, alcohol use will be restricted to your guests using the clubhouse and cannot be transported outdoors, to the pool area or be carried in hand while “walking around” the property. Any consequences from the serving of alcohol will be your sole responsibility, so consider carefully to whom and how you will serve these beverages. No alcohol shall be served to minors.
Lock 30 Woodlands may limit rental of clubhouse during periods of heavy summer occupancy, specifically on holiday weekends. You will be required to pay a $125 refundable cash security damage deposit that serves to hold your reservation. Smoking is not permitted.
All parties using the clubhouse will sign at the gatehouse registration area and obtain a car pass. This pass will be dropped off upon departure. You may either have your guests pay upon admission or you may make arrangements to cover these fees in advance or the same day as your party, whichever is convenient for you.
